The University of Kurdistan hereby informs all esteemed students that, following the announcement issued by the Ministry of Science, Research, and Technology on March 28th (9 Farvardin), and in light of the ongoing aggressions by enemies against our beloved country, the University Board of Directors has resolved to maintain the continuity of educational and research activities for the current semester. Consequently, all university classes will be conducted virtually through the University's Learning Management System (LMS) starting from April 3rd (15 Farvardin).

It is evident that students' active and regular participation in virtual classes plays a pivotal role in maintaining educational quality and academic progress. Given that educational assessments are conducted continuously throughout the semester by faculty members, students are required to attend class sessions with diligence and responsibility and to consistently follow the course materials. Failure to do so may result in academic difficulties and the accumulation of course content, particularly during the final examination period. The University will provide all necessary measures, including the recording of lectures and the provision of appropriate infrastructure, to ensure the effective delivery of classes and high-quality educational content.

Please note that the schedule for virtual classes will remain consistent with the course registration plan available on the Golestan Educational System. Undergraduate students who are prospective graduates may submit requests via the Golestan System's service desk to benefit from necessary facilities, such as increasing the number of "Introduction to Professor" courses. Furthermore, under the current circumstances, provisions have been made for the virtual defense of theses and dissertations, which will be conducted in accordance with university regulations and guidelines. In the event of any educational issues, students may follow up on their inquiries through the Goftino support widget (during administrative hours) or the Golestan System service desk for prompt resolution.

Information regarding the timing and modality of practical classes that cannot be held virtually will be announced in due course.
