The agreement, signed by Dr. Adel Si-o-Se-Marde, President of the University of Kurdistan, and Mr. Ardeshir Aziminia, CEO of Varok Chicken Company, establishes a systematic framework for bilateral interactions in applied research, technology development, and the training of specialized human resources.

The main pillars of this strategic partnership include:

  • Implementing joint research projects in the food industry and poultry product processing.

  • Defining graduate theses tailored to the company's real-world needs.

  • Creating internship opportunities and scientific visits for students to gain practical experience.

  • Organizing specialized training courses and workshops for company staff and students.

  • Collaborating on the development and equipping of Varok Chicken Company's Research and Development (R&D) unit.

Under this agreement, Varok Chicken Company has committed to financially supporting research projects and allocating its R&D tax credits through collaboration with the University of Kurdistan.
